After a particularly trying time all you want to do is move on, and then relax and recharge. This is where my "Peace & Quiet" necklace comes in. It features rose and berry quartz along with flower amethyst gemstones and your choice of either a Rose Quartz Tree of Life pendant, Amethyst Tree of Life pendant, or Lapis Lazuli Tree of Life pendant.
I designed this necklace with the specific combination of gemstones described above because they promote serenity and calm, encourage self-love and increased self-esteem, foster connections and better communication with others, and enhance emotional healing and inner strength.

* Lapis Lazuli aids in the dispelling of negative energy and fosters peace and serenity.
* Rose Quartz is linked to calming and healing energy that is said to cleanse and open the heart, thus promoting love (both for others and oneself), profound inner healing, and sensations of peace.
* Amethyst has the capacity to alleviate stress, reduce irritability, stabilise mood swings, and dissipate anger, rage, fear, and anxiety.
