Inspired by Mount Rundle, Alberta, Canada. The clouds produced a rhythm of color and light, the water staged the warm sunset light on the mountain producing an unreal view. This painting was inspired when my parents visited Calgary in 2016. It had been a spectacular sunny summer day in the mountains and when coming back home Rundle Mountain looked unreal. The clouds shaded parts of the mountains in a harmonious pattern and I thought they reminded me of different instruments playing together in a Symphony.
