The Mexico Oaxaca imparts intense chocolate notes, a creamy texture & hints of orange peel for an immersive cup. We roast this coffee up to the beginning of second crack, meaning the coffee has just reached the outskirts of dark roast territory. Being a washed coffee, grown at a moderate elevation, it produces enough clarity & sweetness to hold its own on a pour over but also produces phenomenal espresso. Mexican Coffee has been a hidden secret for many years and only recently has come onto the scene, sourced from a 4th generation producer in Oaxaca, this gem is an irreplaceable brew. The tasting notes of our Mexico Oaxaca will satisfy any Coffee & Chocolate lover, it has earned it's reputation as our flagship roast and bestselling coffee.
Brewing Recommendation: We highly suggest it via Espresso, Drip Coffee, Pour Over & Moka Pot. If you are the adventurous type, it has been known to pair quite well with a little Kahlua & Baileys
