It's no secret that Costa Rica has world renown Coffees, this Washed Cataui & Caturra varietal produced by the La Pastora Collective holds its reputation as one the regions most illustrious Coffees.
Its juicy blueberry flavour, savory caramels & mild nuttiness makes this Coffee worthy of blocking out time dedicated to sit down, sip & distinguish its different tastes. Being a single origin coffee, it is surprisingly mellow & approachable, we typically recommend it as an entry point to someone looking to try a Specialty Coffee.
We cannot say enough about this coffee, we enjoy it mainly on pour over or immersion brews (french press), but it can certainly be adapted to Espresso. The Costa Rica La Pastora Yellow Tarrazu has rightfully earned it's spot as out favorite medium roast, its bright & sweet tasting note pair especially well with breakfast!
