HONEY - CHOCOLATE - RED FRUITS
This traditional Brazilian Coffee has a velvety texture, distinct Nutty, Red Fruit & Chocolate notes that lend itself well to Espresso, Mokapot & Press brewers.
This Coffee is harvested & Naturally Sun-Dried at the small Santana Delgado farm in the southern Mogiana region. Processing the coffee in this manner, combined with its lower growing altitude, contributes to a very smooth cup, low in acidity & very sweet. That’s not to say you cannot distinguish it’s fruitiness, we roast this coffee just enough to preserve each unique flavour and develop it just past first crack to a deeper brown. We don't often roast Natural processed Coffees, this Brazilian coffee's approachable taste and unforgettable texture has made it a necessary inclusion in our line up.
Recommended brewing methods: Espresso, Mokapot, Aeropress & French Press. This Coffee's ability to produce incredible body translates best on brewers with lower filtration & one's that produce a more concentrated cup. (lower water to coffee ratio)
